•Any airline, subject to availability, will be provided.
•50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the slot.
•Our package is based on a KHI–JED–KHI or KHI–JED/MED–KHI ticket. Additional charges apply if the ticket is from Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar or Multan.
•Meet and Assistance in Makkah, Madina, Mina and Arafat.
•All 4/5★ hotel rooms in Saudi Arabia are on a twin-bed basis; to make a room Triple or Quad, extra beds will be added, but the size of these beds is small.
•As the Hajj operator, we are only liable to provide the committed hotel rooms; no complaint will be entertained about not receiving a suite, or a smaller or larger room.
•Due to the high demand and movement of pilgrims in Zil Qad and Zil Hajj, Makkah and Medina hotel check-in time is after Maghrib, and check-out time is 12 pm.
•Pilgrims retain their rooms between 8th–12th Zil Hajj in Makkah hotels (Movenpick or Makkah Towers, as per their package).
•Makkah Towers room configuration has stairs; complaints about a room with stairs will not be entertained.
•We reserve the right to include any person in any room, group, bus, or camp in Mina and Arafat.
•The customer must make full payment before the specified date, or the visa will not be issued.
•The administrative Hajj travel papers will be given to the Haji before departure.
•Hajj training and the package administrative presentation are MANDATORY to attend; no complaint or claim will be valid in case of absence.
•Any no-show or date-change penalty charges will be borne by the Haji.
•Transport buses from Jeddah/Madina Hajj terminal are arranged through the Muallim / Saudi transport company under the Saudi Hajj Ministry procedure, without interference of the Hajj group organiser or his coordinator at the Haji camp in Jeddah/Madina.
•One or two nights in Makkah and Madinah can be reduced as per the final itinerary.
•Ziarat with guidance.
•We will assist in getting the Riyaz-ul-Jannah permit for our Hujjaj, but we are not liable for slots issued by the KSA government.
•Hajj training and guidance sessions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
•The Muallim Maktab will be near Jamarat.
•Family-room facility in Makkah and Madinah hotels may be available on prior request (subject to availability and Sharai Mahram).
•A sofa-cum-bed in Mina with a pillow and blanket will be provided to each pilgrim.
•Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in Mina (subject to arrangement/availability).
•Breakfast and lunch in Arafat.
•Private special luxury buses with bathroom (Mina – Arafat – Muzdalfa – Mina).
•Tent in Arafat with buffet meals, and hot and cold drinks. Sleeping bag and snack box in Muzdalfa.
•Seat-by-seat private buses will be provided under the procedure of the Saudi Muallim / Naqaba / Mossasah establishment.
•Our services in the Mashaer days — tents, accommodation, food, water, transport, bathrooms — are managed by the Muallim according to Saudi laws, and our services are subject to them.
•Luggage handling in the Hajj journey is the responsibility of the Hujjaj.
•Due to the close location of Mina to Jamarat, no transport is provided for Tawaf-e-Ziyara from Mina, as all roads near the tents are closed — although utmost assistance will be provided for performing Tawaf-e-Ziyara via the Azizia building at night.
•A religious guidebook will be provided.
•Assistance in performing Qurbani will be provided.
